Completely renovated cottage with a view of the island of Hjelm. The beautiful property is located only 300 m from the beautiful swimming and fishing beach. There is also a good slip for your own boat. At the cottage there is a fish cleaning place. Living room is laid out on 2 levels and therefore you can easily spend your free time here. You will always find a quiet corner or a place for a board game. You can also enjoy the outdoor life on the large wooden terraces around the whole house. There is a hammock on the terrace. The property is large and is also suitable for playing soccer. There is a German TV channel. In the garden you have views from several tranquil corners.
