The private balcony overlooks the shared pool and offers views of the sound–it's a great place to sit down, relax with a good book in hand, or simply enjoy the views. Back inside, you'll also have a comfortable sofa and a TV with cable for entertaining times at home. Additionally, if you decide on this cute retreat, you'll be granted access to a sparkling, shared outdoor pool, an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand, and laundry facilities.

The historic town of Fort Walton Beach is just two miles from this retreat and boasts unique shops and plenty of restaurants. Head across Brooks Bridge and over to Okaloosa Island to check out the dolphin encounters at the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park, explore the boardwalk, and walk on even more of those sugar-sand beaches this area is famous for, all within four miles of this studio. More adventures await just nine miles east in Destin, where you'll find amazing scuba, snorkeling, and sailing opportunities.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
