The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Your holiday house consists of 1 floor, 2 rooms (from which 1 bedroom), is 70 sqm and can accommodate up to 3 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (gas). The entrance is covered and ground level and leads directly in the hallway with wardrobe and doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room with at couch/sofa, lounge, TV and radio. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed at folding bed (appropriate only for children). Kitchen with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. Bathroom with bathtub, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, window and washing machine.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per cable.

Bergen on Rügen. The holiday home is situated on a 1000 sqm large, open garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord permanently resides in a separate building on the property. Central location in a residential area with detached houses and their gardens. Parking on the street in front of the house.
