This apartment can accommodate up to 4 people comfortably.

Fitted with a comfy sofa, you can relax in the living room after a busy day of exploring the city. The flat also has multiple windows throughout the space, allowing you to enjoy the sunlight from the comfort of your home!

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. It also includes a washing and dryer machine, dishwasher and a coffee machine.

Both bedrooms contain a comfy Queen-sized bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces.

There are 2 bathrooms with all the amenities you will need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

The street is also within walking distance of several other popular tourist destinations, including the Louvre Museum and the Palais Royal. In addition to its abundance of cultural attractions, Rue De Rivoli is also a popular shopping destination, with a wide variety of boutiques and stores lining the street.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car.
This charming apartment is located in the heart of the City of Light, just a short walk from the Hôtel de Ville Metro station, the perfect base for exploring all that Paris has to offer.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.
Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
