The Sand Dollar on Corpus Christi Bay. Perfect for 2 adults & 2 small children!
Welcome to The Sand Dollar at Villa del Sol! This condo is on North Beach located on Corpus Christi Bay. There are two pools with beautiful landscaping, a tiki hut area, large pergola and barbecue grills for you to enjoy. Outside the gate there’s about 2 miles of sandy beach.
The condo is small and perfect for 2 adults or a small family. It features Food Network, and has an open kitchen, living, and breakfast area, private balcony with view of the bay, one bedroom with a queen bed, junior bunk-beds suitable for small children, and a full bathroom.
Guests will have access to the entire condo except an owners closet. Upon registration, guests will have access to the amenities on the property for the duration of their stay.
The complex is older and the Board is working hard to update and renovate the complex after damage from Harvey, Hanna, and the Texas Winter Storm. The condo itself is completely remodeled and as pictured.
North Beach is on Corpus Christi Bay; it is not on the ocean. It’s walking distance to the Texas State Aquarium, USS Lexington, gift shops, and great restaurants. Easy access to Whataburger Field, Portland, and downtown Corpus Christi. Walmart, HEB, and Starbucks in Portland are only 10 minutes away.
