Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 1 room, is 70 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (fuel oil). The entrance leads over 1 step directly in the hallway with wardrobe. Down the hall on the ground floor there is access to the swimming pool with shower, the Mediterranean bath and terrace. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer, window and with underfloor heating.
1st floor: Living room / bedroom with 1 double bed, 2 additional beds at folding bed and 1 baby bed, lounge, dinette, TV, radio, CD and The cot is a travel cot. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. Kitchen in the living room / bedroom with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 4 persons.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed and high chair for children. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Coswig, district Möllensdorf. The holiday home is located on a 1000 sqm large, enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. View of garden and forest. Access is directly from the main road (paved). Parking (for 1 car) in carport and on the property.
