This agreement is entered into by and among MCMH Holdings LLC, a Florida limited liability company including any company representatives and individuals associated with the Property listed below (“Host”), and Short Term Rental Guest as defined by any individuals, groups, or legal entities that booked, reserved, confirmed, paid for their reservation for overnight accommodations at the Property through any of the online short term rental reservation platforms associated with said Property (“Guest”).

In order to occupy any of the Properties mentioned above, we require the Guest to accept this Guest Release and Waiver, which is effective between Guest and Host as of the date when Guest first books, reserve, or confirm their accommodation arrangement at any our Properties. All terms not defined here have the meaning given them in the VRBO Terms of Service
Guest(s) represents that they are 18 years of age or older. If Guest(s) are bringing minors as Guest(s), you acknowledge and agree that Guest(s) is solely responsible for the supervision of that minor throughout the duration of the Guest’s stay and have read this Guest Release and Waiver and agree to it on the minor’s behalf. If Guest(s) is booking an accommodation on behalf of other Guest(s), Guest(s) will ensure, and Guest represents and warrant, that each Guest(s) on whose behalf has read and agreed to this Guest Release and Waiver, which shall apply to each of them as if the reference to "Guest" was a reference to him/her.
Assumption of Risks
Guest(s) understands and acknowledge that occupying and staying overnight at any of the aforementioned Properties may be hazardous and may carry the risk of injury or illness, including sickness, physical injury, property damage, disability, permanent paralysis, and death.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, GUEST(S) KNOWINGLY, VOLUNTARILY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL RISKS, BOTH KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, OF OCCUPYING EACH OF THE AFOREMENTIONED PROPERTIES, EVEN IF THOSE RISKS ARISE FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OR CARELESSNESS OF THE HOST OR OTHERS, OR DEFECTS IN THE EQUIPMENT, PREMISES, OR FACILITIES USED DURING GUEST(S) OCCUPANCY, OR OTHERWISE, AND GUEST(S) ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR OCCUPYING THE AFOREMENTIONED PROPERTIES.
Release and Waiver
Guest(s) acknowledges and agree that:
• Guest(s) have reasonably assessed the risks involved in the Properties and have made an informed and voluntary choice to occupy the Properties.
• Guest(s) alone, and not your Host, are responsible for determining their fitness for occupying the Properties and their ability to fully understand any directions or warnings presented.
• Guest(s) will not occupy in any of the Properties when you have a physical, medical, or mental limitation or disability, or when Guest(s) is aware or should reasonably be aware of any factors that may limit or prevent Guest(s) from safely occupying in those Properties.
• Guest(s) will act reasonably and responsibly and will comply with any provided and customary conditions, directions, and/or precautions for occupying the Properties. If Guest(s) notices any hazard during an occupancy, Guest(s) will stop occupying the Properties immediately.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU RELEASE AND PROMISE NOT TO SUE YOUR HOST FOR ANY CLAIMS, DEMANDS, CAUSES OF ACTION, LOSSES (WHETHER ECONOMIC OR NON-ECONOMIC), DAMAGES, EXPENSES, COSTS OR LIABILITY OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH GUEST(S) OCCUPANCY AND/OR TRIP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), PRODUCT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

My wife and I live part time in California and love to travel. We just bought our first home in Orlando where we are starting to host on AirBnB again. I work for a large consumer electronics company and travel for work very frequently so I know what weary travelers appreciate. Why they chose this property
Come take the most relaxing vacation of 2021 with our vintage modern house located in the heart of downtown Orlando. Once you step inside its airy modern architecture, you will be transported back to a more peaceful and quiet era. The mature tree shade and surrounding greenery creates a truly one of a kind relaxing environment for you to stretch your legs.
Our vintage modern villa was fully renovated and everything is new. The AC and water heater was installed within the last two years and still comes with warranty. The kitchen and bathrooms were all fully renovated with the latest appliances and best looking vinyl flooring and granite countertops. All of the furniture were painstakingly curated together by us, piece by piece from reputable online dealers such as AllModern, George Oliver, and Mercury Row.
