Agence Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you this charming 50 m² air-conditioned house in Le Barcarès, less than a kilometer from the beach, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It comprises an attractive 15 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Close to the Parc des dosses nature park and water-ski lift. Water activities for all. Ideal location to take part in the Mondi du Vent. A water sports paradise with many different spots. Ideal location for the magnificent Barcarès Christmas market. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

First floor:
- 15 m² living room with TV, Wifi, sofa and dining area
- A kitchenette, open to the living room, equipped with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom with double bed (140x190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

Mezzanine :
- An attic bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a separate area with two single beds.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: cot with mattress, washing machine, dishwasher, plancha, Senseo coffee machine with pods.

Exterior:
- A large 16m² terrace with awning and gas plancha.

The house is ideally located in Le Barcarès, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, close to the sea. You'll be close to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Marine lake, seafront, beach, Christmas market, aqualand, water ski lift, disco, cinema, casino...

Transport :
- You can park directly in the private parking lot outside the house, with a numbered space.
- Nearest train station: Perpignan about 27 minutes by car... or Leucate La Franqui
