Measuring 87 m² and able to accommodate up to 6 travelers, it enjoys an incredible view of the Lot Valley. It features a lovely 40 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 5,000 m² park. Bed linen and towels are included. We're waiting for you!

Although ideal for adults, the house is not suitable for children, particularly infants.

The accommodation comprises
- A 40 m² living room with TV, Wifi, double sofa bed, bookcase and dining area for 6 people.
- An open-plan kitchen opening onto the living room, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: master suite with queen-size bed and en-suite shower room with bidet and private WC
- Bedrooms 2 and 3 with two single beds joined to form a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bathroom with shower
- Laundry room with washing machine and dryer
- Separate WC

To refresh the atmosphere at the end of the day, integrated, adjustable air conditioning for each room is available.

Exterior:
- A private swimming pool, 7x3.5 m and 1.5 m deep, open from May to October. It is protected by a tarpaulin. The pool can be heated on request at an additional cost of €150/week from 15 May. 25 m2 pool deck with sun loungers.
- A lovely 5,000 m² wooded garden overlooking the Lot valley, with no neighbors or overlooked areas. It is south-facing and partially enclosed, with outdoor furniture to make the most of fine weather.
- 80 m² terrace with dining area, bio-climatic pergola and awning
- A sheltered summer kitchen with plancha and barbecue lets you cook outside while enjoying the view.

The house is ideally located in Vers, in a very pleasant, quiet, wooded setting in the heart of nature, 15 kilometers from Cahors and in the heart of the Causses du Quercy nature park. The village of Vers is a 900-meter walk away.

- Sightseeing: Come and discover the must-see sites of Rocamadour, St Cirq Lapopie, Dôme, Martel, Autoire, and the Lot and Célé valleys. Visit the Badernes district of Cahors.
- Sports activities: Go hiking or biking, book water sports such as canoeing or kayaking...
