Two bedroom townhouse with all the amenities to please all ages. The bedrooms are both on the upstairs each with their own private bath. The main level has all the necessities including a full kitchen, washer & dryer, living/dining room and half bath. The patio door takes you to the outside pool shared by only the townhouses. Good Harbor beach on Lake Michigan beach is only 2 miles away.

Sugarloaf condo

overall - good- nice layout - clean but dated decor - sofa and chairs cushions needed to be restuffed. Don't like Carpet in bathrooms. Carpet needed to be replaced in the condo as it was old and smelled.

Beautiful area, close to several small towns and the lake.

We had a fantastic time. It was our first time back in Michigan in 26 years and the natural beauty far surpassed any memories we had. In the Leelanau area there were no chain stores, chain restaurants, no huge hotels crowding beaches and endless natural and historic places to explore. Couldn't be any more different than the Gulf of Mexico where we typically vacation and are tired of. We're so glad we returned and plan on coming back soon. In the review I gave "location and neighborhood" only three stars because of the abandoned and overgrown motel adjacent to the condos, but the condo itself was perfect. Very clean, very comfortable and very conveniently located to Glen Arbor, Empire, Leland, Traverse City and even Northport. Take the ferry from Leland to South Manitou for a day exploring a historic Coast Guard station and farms. We love Michigan!
