The holiday flat is located in an apartment building constructed in 1980, was renovated in 2001, and is furnished in a typical regional style and for practical use. The property is situated on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property of the sea and its sunny waterfront location. Available for shared use are: garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

Grebaštica. The holiday apartment is located on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and trees. The landlord lives only occasionally in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a road (paved). Parking (for 1 car) on the property. There is a charging station for electric cars on the property.
