Very good

I understand there isn't much to pick from in Blythe. The pictures are deceiving. The house needed a lot of maintenance and cleaning. The walls & needed to be painted, the baseboards were falling apart, the drywall had damage throughout the house, the blinds were broken and falling apart and the carpet was stained. The house needed a very good cleaning. The walls had food on them, as did the doors and light switches. Outside and behind the toilets, the baseboards, tub/showers, and outdoor patio set, which looked like no one had ever cleaned them. The smell of cat pee was bad (as I think they have wild cats living under the house or in the park), and the stove/oven was very dirty.
This property is rough, thereās no pictures outside because they donāt dare take them the area this house is in is rough thereās no grass all mud front yard. The house is in rough shape. Thereās rust and mold around the showers, stains all over the carpets and if you need to barbecue, you probably oughta bring your own the one there is gross
I would not stay here or recommend someone to stay here until a lot of things were taken care of

Not Clean and in Disrepair
The carpet has stains all over and is dirty as you enter the room. Baseboards and top of kitchen backsplash covered in dirt. Dirty AC intake vents. Bath towels have rips, stains and are tiny. Trim on kitchen cabinets is falling apart. Dishwasher rack tines are half gone/rusted off. Shower has mold or mildew and there was hair in the bathtub. There was a foul odor on the bed in the 2nd bedroom. Internet was intermittent. This place need a makeover.
Property was not as advertised. Location backs up to the freeway. No river in sight. Not well maintained and not clean. Faulty thermostat and/or gas furnace, and gas stove malfunctioned. Smelled gas and had to ask the gas company to investigate. Dirt, grease and cobwebs throughout. Hair in tub and shower. Furnace intake is very dirty and probably needs a new filter. Extremely limited amenities (no washcloths, hand towels, kitchen cloths or towels, kleenex, extra blankets, etc.). Extremely sparsely furnished (lack of lamps, side tables, dressers, etc., esp. in kids room and living room). Dishwasher on its last legs. Bathroom fan is disabled and bathroom sinks have no stoppers. Yard is not nice; bare dirt.
Good things: new toilets and refrigerator. Beds comfortable. Clothes hangers provided. Good TV reception but no remote in living room. Sofa and loveseat are newer. Keurig worked well. Electric hairdryer provided (and appreciated). Door code worked and owner was responsive to concerns.
This place was very clean, easy to access, and the hosts were awesome! We had a wonderful visit with our daughter who we haven't seen in four years. I would recommend this place to anyone who is thinking about visiting this area.
The sound from the freeway nearby is the only thing that is a negative, but it is not something that would stop us from staying there again. Thank you for making this enjoyable stay possible!
Good news! No bed bugs š
I check every bed when I stay somewhere and this place is bug free.
The town of Blythe was absolutly awful! Hick town with empty dirty buildings, hardly any businesses.
We stayed to go to the nearby quartzite gem show.
The stay in the house was fine. Location was about 2 miles away from blythe. This property is in a trailer park which is kept nice. At night there is ambient noise from the nearby highway.
The bunk bed was very uncomfortable, the heat was hard to manage. But overall, the property is good.
