This was our second consecutive February at Rod's house and we had just as enjoyable time as we did the previous year. The house is large, the kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfortable, and the location is close to grocery shopping and to all the different parts of the greater Palm Springs area. (The pool area is nice too.) Rod is an excellent host, easy to contact, and always quick to respond.
We thoroughly enjoyed our month at Rod's house. Rod himself was a very welcoming and responsive host. At one point there were four of us (all older retirees) staying there and we felt that as many as six could easily be accommodated without getting in each others' way. The property is located on a quiet residential street but offers easy access to Palm Springs and all the other communities in the Coachella Valley and is close to two very good grocery stores. The kitchen is well equipped, the pool is great and the fruit of the grapefruit and Meyer lemon trees gave us great eating and cooking pleasure. As noted above there is plenty of room to spread out in the house. The water pressure and hot water supply are both good and there is a two car garage. And if you are staying in in the evening there is a wide choice of TV channels and streaming options.
