The residence is popular also because of the view from the property over the sea and its quiet, sunny waterfront location. For exclusive use are available: sunshade, sun lounger, children’s playground, sandpit, barbecue facilities, terrace and courtyard.

On colder days your holiday house can be heated with electric heating. The entrance leads over a 32 sqm terrace. The rooms are divided as follows: Eat-in kitchen as intersecting room and with dinette, TV and DVD. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bedroom 9 sqm and with 1 double bed. Bedroom 10 sqm and with 1 double bed. Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen with gas stove (3 burners), electric cooker (1 board), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and electric iron. TV or radio channel can be received per cable.

Vela Luka. The holiday home is located on a 900 sqm garden plot with flowers and shrubs. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (gravel or crushed stone, length 1300 m). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
