The house offers the highest and most modern comfort such as dishwasher and washing machine. One of the two bathrooms is large and has a 2-person whirlpool as well as a sauna for 4 persons. Good fishing opportunities on the beach. 102 l freezer in the house. Outside place to take out fish. In the hallway is an alcove with 2 sleeping places. In Sædballe Fredmose nature is intact and there are good fishing grounds here on the east coast. Popular with anglers is the Put & Take lake 8 km away, fish of the salmonid family are released. Langeland and the small islands off South Funen are blessed with pleasantly warm temperatures during the growing season, therefore a lot of fruit is cultivated here. On the way to Fredmose you will pass through orchards of great extent. When you come to a hill, you will have a good view of the Langeland Belt, where large and small ships bustle about. Only six kilometers away is the Langeland golf course.
