Shared grounds + private terrace. Shared parking for the 3 gîtes 80 m away with the possibility of unloading the car in front of the gîtes. Ski Le Granier 25km, La Féclaz 31km. Lake 10km. Swimming pool 4km. Thermal baths Challes-les-Eaux 12km. Golf Apremont 14km. A 13th-century Templar castle steeped in history, nestled in the countryside and nature, 18 km from Chambéry and 25 km from the slopes. Very comfortable. Contemporary style. Warm and cozy.
