LE PAS DU Loup - Val-cenis
Gite in the owner's house. Independent access by an external staircase of about fifteen steps. Gîte on the 1st + 2nd floor: living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 4 single beds), two shower rooms with wc, balcony. Ski area Val Cenis Vanoise. Typical 1950s house located in a very quiet residential area of the village. Very spacious cottage. Luminous. Warm interior cachet. Complete quality equipment. Beautiful living space between kitchen and living room. East balcony with unobstructed view of the massif. Large exposed terrace. At the foot of the slopes of the vast domain of Val-Cenis-Vanoise (gondola 300m). In the heart of the Vanoise National Park on the road to the famous Cols du Mont-Cenis (Italian border) and Iseran. Ideally located for hiking and cycling in the summer (many mythical passes!)
