Gite on one level on the raised ground floor (independent disabled access by a ramp or independent by 8 exterior steps): entrance hall, living room-kitchen lounge, MP3/USB Bluetooth CD player docking station, 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm / 1 double bed 160 x 200 cm / 2 single pull-out beds 80x190 cm and 2 bunk beds 90x190 cm), a bathroom (walk-in shower) and separate adapted WC for people with reduced mobility, a bathroom (bathtub), 2nd separate toilet with hand basin. Centralized suction. Sheets included and beds made on arrival. Private parking (2 cars). Possibility of storing bicycles and skis in the owner's garage. Balcony and furnished terrace. Vehicle and electric bike charging point (actual billing). Renovated country chalet located 3km from the slopes of Arêches, in a listed hamlet on the mountainside facing south. Superb natural environment of forests and meadows. Great comfort. Contemporary and mountain character. Accessible for people with reduced mobility. Front balcony and sheltered and furnished terrace. Magnificent panoramic view of the village and the massif. Country chalet located 3km from the slopes of Arêches, family resort in the heart of the Beaufortain massif. Boudin, a hamlet classified as a "protected site" by the Beaux-Arts, with its grouped and staged habitat. 24km away, Les Saisies, a famous Nordic site with 120km of cross-country trails. Privileged location for magnificent hikes from the cottage as well as in this preserved and authentic massif, towards mountain lakes, between Savoie and Haute-Savoie.
