2 gites in the owner's house. 2nd and last floor: living room-kitchen lounge area (a Rapido sofa), Wifi connection, 3 bedrooms (2 single beds 90x190cm / 2 double beds 140x190cm), a bathroom (shower), separate WC. Balcony on the 1st floor. Common ground. Ski Flumet / Espace Diamant at 1.6 km (free shuttle only in winter), Notre Dame de Bellecombe 4km, La Giettaz 10km. Body of water with supervised swimming and leisure center 500m away. Beautiful country house located at the entrance to the commercial town of a typical village, on the Grande Route des Alpes, 1.5 km from the slopes of Flumet. Very good comfort. Pleasant mountain character. Beautiful very bright living room with a balcony overlooking the village. Superb outdoor space in common, furnished and very well flowered (terrace and garden).
