Ski Albiez-Montrond 300 m. Plan of water 2km. The pool is 17km. Total 82 m² floor area. Ancient village house transformed in the heart of a typical village of Maurienne. Sector quiet on a Southeast-facing slope. Gite very comfortable, spacious and bright. Contemporary rustic charm. Very close to shops and services. On the road to the Grandes Alpes, 17 km from St Jean de Maurienne, cradle of the Savoy family. 300m from the slopes of the village resort of Albiez Montrond. Pretty plateau surrounded by mountains perched above the valleys, ideal for walks and hikes as well as cycling and mountain biking discoveries. At 4 km, a curiosity to discover the fairy chimney.
