House on 2 levels. 1st level (access almost plain foot with 3 steps): living-kitchen-corner lounge (1 convertible 1 person), 1 bedroom (2 beds 1 person bunk) with private full bathroom (shower). Floor: 1 bedroom (1 bed 2 persons), bathroom (shower). WiFi. Balcony. Areches ski at 300 m, 25 km, 21 km, swimming pool 5 km Hauteluce-Val-Joly-Les Contamines-Monjoie seizures. Superb farmhouse of 1851 country carefully renovated 300 m runs at the heart of the old town of the resort village. Very good comfort. Warm mountain stamp. Ultra cozy. Lots of charm. Balcony. All amenities (shops and services) on-site. Charming cottage 300m from the slopes in the heart of the family-friendly resort village of Arèches. Several other renowned ski areas are nearby (Les Saisies-Espace Diamant, Hauteluce-Val-Joly-Contamines-Montjoie). In the heart of the Beaufortain, a true little Savoyard "Tyrol". Ideal for exploring the summer hiking and cycling between Beaufortain, Val d'Arly, and Tarentaise (many legendary passes!).
