Great family time

Had a wonderful time in this large well kept home. Patrick quick and easy to communicate with .Everything you could think of to make your stay enjoyable was there from kayak for beach to clean fresh linen at night.Hope to make a return trip one day.

Luxurious Getaway

Our family had a wonderful time here. The house is beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen is huge with so much cabinet space and high end appliances. The downstairs has two big living rooms comfortably furnished and inviting. The bedrooms and their linens and towels were luxurious. The pool was great and only a few minutes from the beach. The location is perfect near beaches and 10 minutes from Greenport. The owner Patrick is very accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend!

family wedding

working with patrick was great. he answered questions very quickly and was very welcoming. the house is well equipped and the pool wonderful. Plenty of outdoor furniture and space to play. We had a small problem with the AC but he took care it without delay and it was working well when the repair was over. I would stay here again if the occasion arises.
