The home is a stroll to a beautiful Long Island Sound beach and centrally-located, with 3-bedrooms, 2.5 baths, an office and a TV den. Enjoy the outdoor shower, pebbled patio and yard. The property is a 7-minute stroll to pristine McCabes Beach, and 2 miles to Southold village where the Hampton Jitney stops to-and-from Manhattan. A 10-minute drive leads to trendy Greenport where 2 short ferry-rides head to The Hamptons.

Lovely home in the North Fork
Property is fairly new and well maintained. Located on a quiet street. Fair bit of outdoor space to relax or grill. Short walk to McCabes beach. Host was very responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay.

Great house and location
I highly recommend this house. It is lovely with lots of windows and high ceilings. It is new, spacious and exceptionally clean. It had everything we needed. The location is great with the beach a quick 3 minute bike ride away. Alex is a great host, very responsive and helpful. We look forward to staying here again in the future.
