You’ll soon have your favorite vineyard, farm stand, cheese place, coffee roaster and personal oyster supplier… and there goes the afternoon.

Alternatively, pick up your shellfish permit and go clamming right off the dock outside the house. Be sure to be back in time, however, to enjoy the epic sunsets from the expansive deck and/or balcony while you savor your local wines, specialty cocktails and masterful BBQ. Finish the evening off by gathering your group around the firepit for s’mores and a nightcap.

And with a true chef’s kitchen at the ready, it will be a breeze turning all that North Fork deliciousness you’ve scooped up into an impressive meal.
