Peconic Sound Beach Home in Mattituck Southold is a quaint beach cottage that has a charming allure. Enjoy your access to the Goldsmith Inlet Beach on a separate private right of way to the Peconic Sound Shores beach, where you can take in the most incredible sunsets!

This sundrenched renovated beach cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that sleep 7 and is CAC and generator-ready. It features an eat-in kitchen and a living room with access to the sun porch. It also has a pull-down attic, a basement with a shower, and additional laundry. There is also a private backyard where you can have outdoor dining. The maintenance-free exteriors offer you peace of mind to enjoy the beach!

Surrounded by the best North Fork beaches, renowned restaurants, farm stands, marinas, boating, award-winning vineyards, and great shopping. This is the only home that has a 2-car garage in the Peconic Shores! Take advantage of the kayaks, and paddle boards, to fully immerse in the beach experience.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
There is a pet fee of $200/pet per stay.
For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.
Properties with a heated pool incur a daily pool heat fee of $45.
For stays over 29 nights, there might be an extra damage waiver fee. We'll get in touch to discuss the options and details.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons. Sound Retreat

Tucked away near the sound….a piece of paradise ! Truly a beautiful place to unwind and enjoy all the North Fork has to offer . Centrally located on the North Fork, but easy access to a spectacular beach . You will leave refreshed & trying to figure out how soon you can return .

Fabulous Family Get Away
