We were very pleased with this property. The bedrooms were equal in size and bath, and the house was very clean. The kitchen was very well equipped as were the bedrooms and bathrooms. For eight of us the one common room was a little small and we were not aware of an on-site tenant when we made our reservation.

We were a group of nine staying in the house for a birthday for the weekend and had the best time! It was a beautiful property, rooms were spacious and clean, had everything we wanted, close proximity to everything we wanted to do and see. Laurelle was a fantastic host and we'll definitely stay again next time we find ourselves out on the East End!

We had a great stay here! The house was clean and a great space for our family. It was nice for everyone to have their own bathrooms for the weekend. Great location and easy to get around to the other towns, vineyards and farms! Thanks for your hospitality!

Laurelle's home is incredibly beautiful......... it was beyond my expectations for my son's wedding weekend. Only regret is that we didn't have more time to enjoy it as we were busy with wedding festivities all weekend. Laurelle went out of her way to make everything perfect and to accommodate my wishes. I can't thank her enough.

The place is perfect for families with grown up kids and their offspring. The kitchen is well equipped, even with condiments to cook and prepare meals for the whole family. The outdoor space is relaxing and convenient to BBQ. For TV fans the family room has a big screen TV and confortable furniture for Movie nights. The complete space is clean and very inviting, you really feel you are on vacation!! It is also close to many places in the area, like restaurants, farms and vineyards.

The property was perfect sleeping for 8 adults; 4 ensuite bedrooms with king sized beds. The bedrooms were spacious, clean and plenty of closet space. The outdoor area was quiet and very spacious. The neighborhood was quiet and located perfectly for our itinerary.Comfortable seating in the family room was limited to 4 people. Bean bags are not considered comfortable seatingThe property was listed as an 'Entire House'. It is not an entire house. There is an owner occupied apartment in the house and sounds did travel to the home from the apartment at bedtime and in the morning. This should be identified in the listing.

We had a wonderful stay— check-in was smooth & informative, the house was immaculate, all four couples felt very comfortable in their spacious bedrooms & bathrooms in each room. The house is on a quiet block 10-15 minutes from a variety of restaurants, bars, vineyards & brewery. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area looking for a great place to stay.

Family trip to Southold!

The home was perfect for my family’s trip to the North Fork. The house was unbelievably clean and so spacious. Everything was newly renovated and it was clear a lot of thought went into making the home comfortable for guests. Booking our stay here was the best thing I did for our trip. I would love to stay here again!

Perfect North Fork Stay

Incredible property, great location, and Laurelle supplied the property with everything that guests could possibly need. This is a great property for 8-10 people, and it's a rarity to find a property with 4 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. Host had everything ready for us and went the extra mile to have everything for our 11month old as well. Home was extremely clean. Could not have asked for a better place to stay for our long Island vacation

We had a wonderful time in this very well appointed home. It is well situated on a beautiful property. With each of the 4 bedrooms having its own en suite bath, it was perfect for the entire family (We were eight family members ranging in age from 1 to 92). Also, for those who had to squeeze in a little work during our vacation, the WiFi worked well and each room having a full desk was very helpful. We definitely would stay here again.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The house was updated and very neat and clean. It was well appointed and sunny and bright. The home had many amenities and was perfect for a family stay. It was in a great location for visiting the North Fork. The check in process went very smoothly. Laurelle was very responsive. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again.
