Our lovely home is professionally designed and set on a spacious, manicured green parcel enclosed by a Cul-de-sac with complete privacy inside and out. The home is designed with all modern conveniences and is located less than a 5 minute walk to Love Lane (Mattituck's charming downtown), Veteran's Beach (one of the best beaches in Northfork) and the Mattituck train station. It is a place to relax, unwind and enjoy all that North Fork has to offer

The home was fully renovated (top to bottom) with central air, new kitchen, large living room, cozy reading nook, custom furniture, washer and dryer, BBQ grill, firepit, lawn games, wifi, TV's in every room, Sonos speakers and more.

The home features 2 bedrooms along with a queen pull out sofa in the living room, cozy reading nook, spacious living room, separate dining area, modern bathroom, with stand up shower and washer / dryer and a manicured, fully enclosed lawn with lawn games, BBQ, outdoor seating and 4 bikes for your convenience. All dishes, linens, Nespresso machine, beach and bath towels, utensils, cleaning supplies are included. The home comes with top of the line appliances and conveniences.

The home is centrally located next to Love Lane so you can leave your car at home as everything, including the train station is less than a 5 minute walk. The home is steps from Love Lane, in Mattituck's lovely downtown featuring North Fork Doughnut Company, Love Lane Kitchen, Lombardi's Love Lane Market, Village Cheese Shop, Love Lane Sweet Shoppe, Mattituck Cinema, Magic Ice Cream, Starbucks, Center Cuts, Mattitaco along with the local supermarket - all less than a 5 minute walk.

Veteran's Beach is an 8 minute walk and features one of the most beautiful beaches in North Fork, including a pavilion building, large parking area with BBQs, showers, picnic area, playground with swings, a bocce court, a shuffleboard court and a horseshoe pitch.

With exposed beams, vaulted ceilings, vintage fixtures, open kitchen and much more, you will feel relaxed and at peace.

Well appointed and cozy cottage. Great location in the middle of wine country. Huge fenced in yard that our dog loved. Has everything you need for a pleasant stay. We really enjoyed our time here.

Wonderful stay, highly recommend

We really enjoyed our stay at Andrew and Morgan’s cozy cottage. Their home was clean and adorable, the beautiful beach was just a short drive away, there are a number of delicious restaurants restaurants nearby and they kindly accommodated us and our large breed dog. Their backyard is completely fenced in and came with dog bowls and balls!

It had a pleasent atmosphere, was very clean, was well located and had all the amenities we needed. The bedrooms were small but manageable. For those wanting a private fenced in yard, this met the bill. If you don't have a car, it is only 6 blocks from the Hampton Jitney stop and walking distance from town including Love Lane. It's about a 15 minute walk down a side walk on a quiet street to the public beach which has a life guard and playground.

Nice break from NYC

We 3 had a lovely stay in a cute cottage in the middle of the North Fork wine country. Located in a quiet neighborhood, very close to the quaint town of Mattituck. We cooked in one night, toured many wineries, dined out and shopped in the surrounding towns. Lovely relaxing weekend away from the city.

Quiet, peaceful, charming home

We were looking for a peaceful quiet get-away and we found it. Spent a relaxing evening around the fire pit watching the stars come out. Went to a wine tasting. Had a wonderful meal. Enjoyed looking at the water. We felt at home.

Beautiful house. Very clean and just as nice as the photos. House is actually more spacious than photos let on. I'm originally from Hamptons and have to say that this place was amazing and great location. My son loved the backyard. The fire pit was great.

Little Gem

We visit wine country about a dozen times a year. We love everything about this cute little place. Being avid travelers there are a few things that we would change, especially if we were staying more than a couple of nights. We have been looking for a place to stay at when we go, so far everything had disappointed us, but this was exactly what we are looking for in a rental for the two of us.

Cosy and comfy

Lovely little cottage - clean and all you could need. Yard was immaculate, our German shepherd loved it, plenty of room for a game of frisbee. Especially loved the hammock and the fire pit. Our host was super quick to respond and very accommodating. The beach was gorgeous, very close and within walking distance. We had a great lunch and Love Lane Kitchen and bought some superb meat for the bbq from the butcher around the corner - hosts gave us some great recommendations for our stay. Recommend this place for sure!

Lovely place

This is a true summer cottage. It has a large yard and the owners were very friendly and responsive. We liked the area and the small neighborhood beach was inviting, clean and very relaxing. There is a life guard on duty. The cabin was nicely appointed, however there are some areas of concern. The bedrooms are very small and the beds are barely queen size. Some of the furniture is a bit worn or has spots. The back porch was nice, however it was not clean. The place was listed with sleeping opportunities for 6 people, I think with 2 adults and 2 children the max capacity is reached. We enjoyed our stay. Best, Uli

This delightful and cozy vintage home provided a much-needed comfort zone and oasis feel, while dealing with the loss of my father. It provided all the essentials required to support my family and I throughout each day. This has become my future home away from home when visiting family in New York!
