The home is fully renovated with an amazing new kitchen and all new appliances, new bathroom, refinished hardwood floors, new washer/dryer, brand new central A/C, a beautiful screened in porch, outside gas grill and fire pit. The home has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

The neighborhood is very quiet and perfect for walking and bike riding. A short 7-minute walk brings you to one of the most amazing beaches on the North Fork. Relax on the Causeway Beach overlooking the Peconic Bay and de-stress. Hop in a kayak and see amazing wildlife in the surrounding creeks.

Jump in the car and within 3 miles you can enjoy Bedell Cellars, Lenz, Raphael Winery, or Pindar Vineyards (to just name a few). Or take a ride to Greenport Harbor Brewery & Restaurant (2.5 miles).

Don't feel like cooking head over to the Red Rooster for dinner or check out Maroni's of Southold (The Pots Grandma Maroni's Meatballs - keep the pot as a souvenir).

Perfect north fork getaway

We had an amazing stay at this home. The house was exactly as described and was plenty of space for a family of 4 to spend a weekend. We particularly enjoyed the porch and large back yard as well as the proximity to beaches, wineries, and dining. The owner was extremely responsive throughout our stay and made us feel very welcome. Would highly recommend!

Perfect North Fork Getaway

We traveled to North Fork, Long Island for the first time and this house was amazing. The hosts thought of everything to ensure our stay was enjoyable, including a fire pit, games, beach chairs, and large TV's. The home was decorated beautifully, extremely clean, had comfortable bedding, and a stocked kitchen. We are looking forward to returning and will stay here again!

A surprisingly lovely 2 Br cottage, recently renovated and in excellent condition. Quiet neighborhood with a 10 minute walk to a local Peconic Bay beach. Great communication with owner/manager. Very convenient to enjoy the entire North Fork.

Great girls getaway weekend!

Beautiful interior! It feels like you are living in a new home with all new appliances. The location is within biking distance to many wineries and Greenport is only a 15-20 minute cab ride. Bill was very helpful with any questions we had prior to and during our stay. 100% would stay again.

This is great property - perfectly renovated and close to everything including a nice North Fork beach in walking distance. Our host Bill communicates well and has thought of everything - house is well appointed and tastefully renovated with AirCon and washer/dryer. Sheets and Towels are clean and high quality! A beautiful, lush and grassy yard awaits your kids and the fire pit is perfect. Bill, our host was very nice in providing suggestions on where to go and what to do - some very nice restaurants ms wineries are close - a list is provided in the host book. Next time we travel to the NoFo we will stay again!

Most Charming Cottage in North Fork!!!

I absolutely loved my stay at the cottage in North Fork! From the moment we arrived, the cozy charm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel like I was right at home. The cottage is beautifully decorated, combining rustic elements with modern comforts—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly responsive and provided great local recommendations which we totally took advantage of. I can’t recommend this place enough—it's perfect for couples, families, or anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle or the perfect landing place for a work weekend. Super sweet home near the beach and wineries!

My family of four went out for a four-day weekend and we had a fantastic time in this house! It’s the perfect size, super clean and beautifully renovated. It has everything you might need. It even had a beach bag with a speaker and a blanket/towels ready to go! It’s a great house for a family. This was our second year staying there and we absolutely loved our experience! Bill is a great host and checks in regularly. It’s close to all of the wineries on the main road and the beach is only a few minutes. We had a wonderful family weekend!

Gem in Cutchogue

We had a wonderful weekend at this little gem in Cutchogue! Our whole experience was seamless. Bill, the host, was very responsive before and during our stay. The cottage is renovated beautifully and located on a quiet street. It has a huge yard complete with a hammock that my child enjoyed. The home itself is clean and appointed comfortably — has everything you might need from a stocked kitchen to family board games. It’s also convenient to supermarkets, local stores, restaurants and beach area. We had a great time and would stay again!

My family and I loved this property for many reasons. The property itself is clean and everything is renovated. It has a beautiful sunroom to play board games with the family. The property is a short walk to Causeway beach. This beach was great. Very few people on the beach making it peaceful. In addition, the cottage is very close to many wineries and restaurants. It’s a great location. The communication between the cottage owner and myself was smooth. He replies quickly to your questions. We really enjoyed our stay at this property.

LI Wine tasting weekend

House was cozy and comfortably supported 2 couples. Everything clean. Furniture and deco all new including bathroom and kitchen. House had gas grill and fire pit which we used each night. Location was perfect for our weekend of wine tasting. Visited numerous wineries and did dinner in Southold and Greenport all within short drive. Not part of home but rolled dice on Uber service and it worked great for us. Will be visiting again and staying same place

I grew up in Mattituck and my wife grew up in Cutchogue. Being back on the North Fork is beyond amazing. As an adolescent the North Fork was just a place where we grew up but now in adulthood with a young family, we fully appreciate the specialness of the north Fork that we couldn't comprehend in our youth. It's all about making memories with family.

Why they chose this property

It really is such a special place, and such a quiet neighborhood. I become emersed in the sounds of the surrounding nature and how serene the Cottage is. It is a huge stress reliever to just come out in the morning and walk the neighborhood or take a short walk to the beach.
