Blue Bay Dream w/ Seasonal Outdoor Jacuzzi, Cabana + Office

Newly renovated 2-Family Home! Located right in Greenport Village providing walking distance to all the restaurants, bars, shopping, coffee shops, and Shelter Island Ferry, Long Island Railroad (LIRR), and Hampton Jitney.

My place is close to restaurants and dining, the beach, family-friendly activities, nightlife, and public transport. You’ll love my place because of Location!. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids).
The space
The house has been completely renovated and everything is brand-new.
Everything is walking distance to the house and the location is unbeatable.

This property has two apartments. The Blue Bay Dream Apt.1 and Harbor Heights Apt. 2 (see listing on VRBO website that can accommodate 12 people when available at the same time for larger families and wedding parties

We have recently added new amenities to the VRBO rental Apartment 1 that you would occupying. In the backyard, the blue garage has been converted to a cabana, which includes two televisions, lounge area with a wet bar, refrigerator, game area for the kids and a home office work station with a full size convertible bed in the cabana section and a queen size futon in the home office work room. Wifi is available in the cabana and office. As a bonus, there is a 5 person jacuzzi outside with complete privacy. (PLEASE NOTE - that outdoor BBQ and jacuzzi are only available from April to November)

We enjoyed our visit to Greenport and especially staying at this property. Perfect for our family. Location was great and we all had space to spread out and enjoy our stay. The kitchen was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. The property owner provided information on the area and some great suggestions! This place is amazing! It is close to the train station, ferry and the business district where the stores and restaurants are. Not far to the beach either. It was very clean and ready to go. It had great bedding and towels. The kitchen is well stocked. The host communicated with us very well. He sent detailed pictures on the entry process and things were well marked in the unit. We had a wonderful pre season get away for a couple of days. The apartment was newly renovated and really clean and comfortable. Cute walkable main street nearby with restaurants and shopping. Nice little beach nearby if you have little kids. We took the ferry to Shelter Island and the south ferry to the Hamptons. We are looking forward to coming back to do the winery tastings. We rust ran out if time. The host was great and responsive.
