Cozy apartment in Insel Poel/Gollwitz

You reach the modern and very tastefully furnished apartment on the 2nd floor via a hallway, which is separated from the staircase with an intermediate door. The apartment is oriented with the balcony to the atrium. There are two sleeping places in the living area and two bedrooms, each with a double bed. There is a flat screen TV in the living area and in each of the bedrooms. The open kitchen is fully and newly equipped.



In the complex there is a children's playground and a children's playroom with table tennis, foosball and toddler play corner. Outside there is a common lawn for sunbathing. For a fee, you can use the common laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Beach chairs can be rented on the beach.



The apartment is completely renovated and equipped in a contemporary way.



In one of the most beautiful places of the Baltic Sea, near Wismar, is the "southernmost island of Scandinavia" - the island of Poel. It is connected to the mainland by a causeway. The village of Gollwitz is considered an insider tip of the island because of its hidden location and very good water quality. Due to offshore sandbanks, the beach here is particularly child-friendly. The bird sanctuary island "Langenwerder", located directly off the coast, is an attraction for ornithologists and photo enthusiasts.
