Urlaub war wie geplant angenehm in ruhiger Umgebung. Allerdings muss ich negativ anmerken, dass der Servicemann 2x dort war ohne Terminabsprache, einmal davon mit Schlüssel ins Haus gekommen ohne zu klopfen o.ä., er hat gesehen, dass wir im Haus waren...Privatsphäre wurde leider etwas gestört

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Einzig schwierig war, dass der Whirlpool nicht warm wurde. Der Technische Dienst hat aber alles versucht, es brauchte dann aber doch drei Tage, bis das Problem behoben war. Sonst war alles wunderbar. Vielen Dank!

Ein traumhaft schönes Haus in toller Lage.

Ein traumhaft schönes Haus in toller Lage. Der " Spa- Bereich" war neu saniert und wir waren die ersten im Haus. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Einen kleinen Abzug gibt es bei der Verarbeitung. Eine Scheibe ist durch Temperaturunterschied gerissen und die Tür zum Poolhaus war schief und schwerfällig. Dadurch ist der Holzknauf zum aufschieben gebrochen. Das neue Bad war noch nicht fertig. Alles in allem aber Kleinigkeiten. Super! Gerne wieder. Der Haustechniker war auch mega freundlich und bei Problemen schnell da.

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und das Haus mit seinen Wellness-Möglichkeiten ist wirklich sehr schön. Wir mit 4 Personen und mit 2 kleinen Hunden, und alle haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Aber eine Anmerkung, bzw. Kritik habe ich allerdings, und zwar hatten wir an 3 (!) Tagen Serviceleute im Haus, Alle kamen ohne Anmeldung einer von denen betrat auch einfach so, am frühen morgen so gegen 8.30 das Haus. Das störte schon sehr und sowas habe ich auch noch nicht erlebt, obwohl ich schon oft ein Ferienhaus gemietet habe. Wir verstehen, dass gelegentlich wohl mal etwas geprüft und gewartet werden muss, aber gleich 3 mal war etwas viel und wir fühlten uns in unserer Privatsphäre gestört. Grundsätzlich möchten wir das Haus wieder buchen, aber nur, wenn wir sowas das nächste Mal ausschließen können.
