Lovely home in Cerovlje with kitchen

This beautiful semi-detached house with pool and well-kept garden is located in the heart of Istria. The house halves are separated from each other and accessible only from the outside. Everything is nicely and comfortably furnished. On the first floor, with separate entrances, are the living room and the extra bedroom with bathroom en suite. On the 1st floor you will find the remaining three bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen with dining room. In the garden there are facilities for volleyball, badminton, soccer and a children's playground. The surrounding countryside is green and hosts many konobas and vineyards, inviting you to take wonderful walks. Taste the Istrian cuisine, especially the delicious raw ham with cheese, olives or the traditional soup, which is a specialty in all of Istria. Visit the historical and romantic coastal towns, their sights and monuments, enjoy the rich nightlife and take advantage of the opportunities for various excursions. In the other half of the house lives the owner. Next to the house is a cafe.

Sehr schönes und modernes Haus.Die Lage ist ideal um Wanderungen zu starten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Leider konnten wir den riesigen Pool nicht nutzen, weil das Wetter nicht mitgespielt hat. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich für einen Urlaub wünscht. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist traumhaft und der gesamte Außenbereich lädt zum Entspannen und Verweilen ein. Die Outdoor Küche und der Bereich unter dem Dach sind hervorragend geeignet um den ganzen Tag und den Abend im Freien zu verbringen. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und modern eingerichtet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Anlage für eine größere Gruppe, Familien oder Freunde.

Diese Anlage ist sehr gut für mehrere Personen, sie bietet guten Platz für Spiel, Spaß und Unterhaltung. Die Lage ist mit dem Auto und alle richtig ca 45 min. gut zu erreichen. Es ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen aber noch sehr gut.
