Here you are live when in the historic walls of the gatehouse the present life on a fully managed estate takes place. Not only grain cultivation, but also a successful horse and pony breeding with training for horses and riders make up the charm of this farmstead. The surrounding area offers riding trails for beginners and professionals. You can also make wonderful trips by bike. Guests of the house use the estate's own private beach to relax. In the manor café you can be spoiled from morning till evening with the manor's own products. You should also visit the manor house. Visit also the charming Eckerförde. Vacations and experiences of a special kind await you at Gut Ludwigsburg.

Miserable Wohnung (Torhaus unten)

Nicht oder nicht gut geputzt. In der Dusche waren Haare, Rasierer und Duschzeug vom Vormieter. Küche schmuddelig. Für Die Fotos wurden schönere Möbel in die Whg gestellt. Feuchteschäden und Schimmel waren an den zimmerwänden. Tlw. war bereits die Tapete abgefallen. Eine Frechheit das anzubieten. Regressionsforderung ist raus.
