Newly renovated 3 bedroom 2 bath houseboat in a great location on the front of B Dock. Listing features wireless internet, satellite TV, cell signal booster, washer/dryer, as well as brand new furniture and bedding. We have the largest front porch on the dock with fish cleaning table, ice machine, rocking chairs and gas grill.

Annual Tuna Town Trip

This was year five for my group of guys to return to Venice to fish. We enjoyed the accommodations and liked the comfort of the camp, convenience of two full bathrooms, and the comfortable back deck to relax after a day of fishing. We will plan to return to this location next year. Host is super responsive.

Great times at Ly’an High Lodge

If you want to get away and experience Venice fishing with family and friends, Ly’an High Lodge is the place for you! Great location in the marina, has everything you need with one of the larger back decks to enjoy yourself after a day on the water! Neal is an amazing host who will go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay and have a memorable trip. Our first day fishing offshore got canceled due to weather so Neal reached out and set us up with an inshore trip catching redfish. Thanks again Neal, we had a blast and will definitely be back!

Clean and spacious. We had 6 men stay for a duck hunting trip. Caught some fish off the dock as well. Would definitely stay again.

Great Place, Great Location!

Easy access especially by boat. To make short of unpacking We unloaded our vehicle and placed our luggage in boat, launched boat, rode around and unloaded after tying off. The back deck is awesome and the convenience of wifi and ice machine were a must. Great Communication, will stay again.

Nice place!

This place was as advertised and perfect for a fishing trip out of the marina. Convenient, clean, and had everything you need. The host was responsive and checked to make sure all was in order upon arrival. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Great place to come home to after a day of what was likely great fishing. For all the reasons a houseboat could be five stars, Neal’s place checks each box. Good location, clean, communication, you name it. We’ll be back!

Wonderful Back Dock, Great Location!!

Very easy to Find on Dock B. Nice Furnishings, Clean, Plenty of Room. Nice Furnished Kitchen with everything needed for Cooking. including some spices. Full Size Coffee Pot! Wonderful Water Pressure in Shower, that wasn't Expected! Overall, A Great Rental For a Night or 2 or even for A Week! We did an Offshore Fishing Trip, And They picked us up right off the Back Dock! We Will Be Staying with Neil Again! He was a Great Host!!
