We are offering this charming flat for rent in Bénodet, less than a kilometre from the beach, with a swimming pool and sauna within the residential complex. It measures 33 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the first floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 19 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom (with shower and bath).

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 19 m² living room with a TV, a double sofa bed (160x200) and a dining area
- A kitchen, open to the living room, equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A 10 m² bedroom with two single beds pushed together to form a king-size bed (180x200) and storage space
- A bathroom with shower and bath
- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional items: a high chair, a cot, an iron and an ironing board.

Outdoors:
- A 5 m² west-facing balcony-terrace, complete with a table, chairs and a parasol to make the most of sunny days

Communal areas within the residence:
- A shared, heated swimming pool of approximately 90 m², comprising an indoor and an outdoor section. The indoor section is open all year round; the outdoor section is open seasonally. Opening dates are not binding and are subject to change by the residence.
- Sauna and hammam open all year round free of charge.

The flat is ideally situated in Bénodet, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

You can enjoy an active holiday or simply savour the laid-back lifestyle of a seaside resort on the Breton Riviera, which has been awarded the highly coveted ‘tourist resort’ status.
Just 17 km from Quimper, a City of Art and History and the capital of King Gradlon, with its narrow streets and half-timbered houses protected by 1,500 metres of ramparts. The neighbouring towns, within a 25-km radius, evoke a rich economic and cultural history: Locronan, which has remained unchanged since the heyday of the Breton textile industry; Concarneau and its 15th-century walled town, reinforced by Vauban; Pont-Aven, the town of painters where Gauguin once stayed; and Le Guilvinec, France’s leading port for small-scale fishing.
Offshore lies the Glénans archipelago, famous for its lagoon with turquoise waters.
At the very tip of the land (“Pen ar bed” in Breton), the Pointe du Raz, battered by westerly winds and the heavy swells from the open sea.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free on the street near the accommodation. Free parking is available in the town.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest railway station: Quimper, 17 km away (23 minutes by car).
- Nearest airports: Quimper Bretagne (approximately 20 minutes by car), Brest, 67 km away (approximately 1 hour)

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation.
- Swimming pool opening dates are not binding and are subject to change by the holiday complex.
- Parents are responsible for supervising children whilst swimming.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the reception staff. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
