It is 14km from the centre of Cannes and its famous Croisette, and 10km from the sandy beaches. <br>A few walks are also possible around the villa to enjoy nature.<br>The villa is air-conditioned and consists of a beautiful entrance, a large living room with sofa bed and opening onto a pool and garden terrace, 3 bedrooms with double bed and each opening onto the terrace or garden, two bathrooms with walk-in shower, a fully equipped kitchen.<br>The garden is spacious and will allow children to play, a petanque court will liven up your late afternoons, the swimming pool is facing south.
