At the edge of the cottage area, at the end of a cul-de-sac bordering a small forest, stands this quality holiday home. The house is fully insulated and centrally heated. This means that it is nice and warm in the winter half of the year and pleasant inside on warm summer days. From the windows and the terrace there is a beautiful sea view of the Little Belt through a smaller forest that stands on part of the property. The house is practically furnished, with high ceilings and sound-absorbing ceiling materials, a large bathroom with steam bath, sauna, jacuzzi along with a smaller bathroom. On the large sleeping loft there is a sofa bed for two people, a computer and internet. For recreational anglers the coast along Hejlsminde is a paradise, here you can catch sea trout all year round, horn fish in May. For the children there are three playgrounds within walking distance, and the whole family can be cozy together on the fine sandy beach with top quality bathing water and low water without electricity. Attractions such as Legoland, the Lion Park, Ribe (Denmark's oldest city) are all within less than an hour's drive. The adventure pool, Koldinghus, the Storcenter etc. are 30 minutes away by car.
