Location pas libre le propriétaire a refusé ma location

Je n'ai pas séjourné car le propriétaire m'a dit que l'appartement etait déjà loué mais abritel a prélevé la reservation et aujourdhui le fin septembre je n'ai toujours pas ete remboursée. Cest une situation d'abus?
