Pula owes its reputation as a popular vacation resort to the unique mixture of beautiful bathing bays, exciting culture from the Roman period, the most famous testimony of which is the ancient amphitheater, also called the Arena of Pula. You should also visit the nearby town of Fazana, where numerous festivals and events take place throughout the summer.
