schöner Ort, leider katastrophal in der Kommunikation und Sauberkeit

Leider war die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung katastrophal. Wir putzten erstmal einen Tag lang. Schränke, Bettdecken z.B. konnten wir natürlcih nciht alle säubern, so mussten wir die Zähne zusammenbeißen. Aber schlimmer als das Putzen war, dass wir weder per Mail noch per Telefon, weder dort vor Ort noch im Nachhinein eine Antwort auf unser Anliegen bekamen. Da wir die Abschlussreinigung bereits bezahlt hatten, blieben wir auf unserer Forderung sitzen. Wir mussten dann sogar noch Strom für knapp 60 Euro nachzahlen - keine Antwort auf jedwede Kontaktaufnahme. Deshalb: nie wieder! Der Ort, der Garten, das Haus an sich waren sehr schön -
