House near Princeton University, Walk to Carnegie Lake

Our house is just 3 miles from Princeton University. It is our home all year round unless it is rented so you will be coming into a house that is 100% lived in. We have designated areas and closets for our guests. You have full run of the house except for the finished attic space, which we use for storage. Wonderful location within walking distance to Carnegie Lake, multiple restaurants, and shops. Easy access to commuting route to Rutgers, TCNJ, Rider, and local pharmaceuticals (Bristol Myers, Janssen, UPenn Hospital). Within 10 minute drive to Princeton Junction NYTransit station. Large home- 3-4 bedrooms, office, exercise area, nice basement, yard is amazing with shade trees, plenty of driveway parking.

Charming home, beautiful neighborhood, and amazing host

The beautiful photos and presentation on the website certainly do not disappoint! If anything, the home and neighborhood are even more beautiful than depicted. The house is very accommodating for a family (in my case, my parents, partner, and kids). The beautiful kitchen and dining area are great for family meals and spending time as a group. And finally, the backyard is large and a great area for kids to play. Amazing communication from the host throughout. What a great find!
