About this property

From this architect-designed vacation home in three floors you have the most beautiful panoramic view over the fjord of Flensburg. The large house is functionally and comfortably furnished. On the way to the house you drive on the beautiful Flensborg Fjordvej (fjord road). The house is a perfect starting point for excursions: playland for the children and interesting, historical sites and sights for the adults. The beautiful and very well-known Gendarme's Path passes right by the front door. It is also not far to the surrounding forests with good hiking and biking trails. Please note: The property slopes steeply.

Vi har trivts bra i huset. Närheten till naturen och vattnet har varit fantastiskt. Vi har dock lite synpunkter. 1:a vån där toaletter och badrum finns luktar det starkt av mögel eller något liknande. Det borde åtgärdas innan man hyr ut till nästa år, annars fallerar de inspektioner som utförs av Homeway/Novasol. Plan 2+3 har vi trivts väldigt bra med. Men det är 3 branta trappor i huset. Plexiglasen som är på balkongerna gav ett väldigt dåligt första intryck. De bör bytas ut eller göras rena. Även runt huset behöver det röjas, växterna håller på att ta över.
