We are centrally located within the charming town of Saugatuck/Douglas, MI. Our property sits nestled near several beautiful beaches on Lake Michigan and is the perfect summer getaway! Our home is walking distance or a short bike ride to downtown Saugatuck and provides easy access to many great restaurants, wineries, breweries, antiques, and art exhibits. When you arrive at our property, you'll be met with ample parking and the privacy of a single home. Inside, You'll have use of a full kitchen, washer and dryer, 3 full baths, 3 bedrooms, 2 family rooms and a garage that has been turned into a game room with a pool table and air hockey. In our backyard, feel free to relax and enjoy the perks of a large fenced in backyard, complete with yard games, a fire pit, grill, and a hot tub. Excellent with lots to do!

My family (adults, two tween boys and grandparents) had a great stay. Super close to charming downtown Saugatuck, our cold weather stay (in April) was greatly enhanced by the hot tub, pool table and air hockey at the property. Plenty of room for my family of four on one level and my parents were able to have their own space on the lower level too. Excellent restaurant, Pennyroyal, basically right next door. Outstanding dinner at The Southerner as well. We would definitely stay here again.

A vacation to remember

The place is just as beautiful as the photo's. The owners were quick to reapond to any questions which was nice. They supplied a lot of extras we didnt expect, like laundry soap, dish washer soap, hair dryers, even cleaning products. The back yard is beautiful, the hot tub is well maintained, the only problem we had was that the propane was empty on both the grill and the fire pit but we managed just fine with out it. My kidos (4 and 5) loves the hot tub with the TV near by and really enjoyed watching bluey and swimming. Our only real complaint was that the game room floor and table was dirty with food when we arrived and a few ants had came to clean up the mess. If you ever visit for Halloween (which we did) take you kids trick or treating by the High School. Our kids made out with an amazing candy haul, and the 4 adults that went with them were take care of as well. We were given beer, wine, hot totties, hotdogs, popcorn and so much more. Everyone was super friendly even though two of the adults were wearing Ohio State jackets. The beach was only a 3 minute drive and was funt to visit even in october. There is a nice little grocery store just down the road that has everything you could need, and there is a dollor general a few minutes the opposite direction as well. If you have any hair mishaps like your son deciding to shave a strip of hair off the top of his head an hour before a wedding there is a cute little hair salon called center stage that will help you out!

Definitely Recommend!

This house was beautifully updated and very clean. We rented for a bachelorette party, and it was perfect. Plenty of places to sleep and bathrooms. The fenced in backyard and patio were a great place to sit around a fire and enjoy the weather. The garage converted into a game room was an awesome way to add more space for us to spread out. Also, it was only a 3-minute drive to downtown Saugatuck where we had a blast. The host was quick to respond to everything we needed and very nice. Would definitely stay again!

We offer a laid-back convenient stay that is ideal for both families and large groups! We've recently remodeled our entire home in an effort to provide a modern and luxurious stay for guests. We understand the need for outdoor space, and have designed our home in a way that allows us to welcome pets and provide both indoor and outdoor fun.

Our property offers a full game room complete with a pool table, air hockey table, and bar area. Outside, we have a concrete pad for basketball, a fire pit, hot tub, yard games, propane grill, and we are pet friendly!
