The hot tub was awsome where i had knee replacement surgery 7 weeks ago. The family enjoyed the pool also. It wasnt crowded and it was very clean.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and met our needs. The location is super convenient and we love the pool and lazy river. This time we rented from a company and had to keep up with keys. Last year we had a key code which I much prefer. With the keys we had to check in and out. The Wi-Fi was very slow during the day and was not password protected. The rental company had me call three technical support guy who said it was because of an android update. He never added the password while we were there (8 days). I worked some so that was disappointing. Communication through vrbo was slow on the management company side.

We found the property to be just like the pictures and so in this manner we were pleased. However, we had two problems overall with our stay. The first is that the bedding for the master bed and the pullout couch was very uncomfortable. It is probably time for the mattress in the master to be changed which would lead to a more comfortable night's rest. The second issue we faced was with safety. The condo beneath us was broken into while we were vacationing there. The location of the condo is convenient to areas of Pigeon Forge, such as Dollywood and is affordable. However, the area has transient activity and the condos do not seem to be very private and makes them susceptible to crime. It was hard for us to feel safe after learning of the break-in right below us.

Great condo but noisy!

The condo is very spacious, clean, convenient location with a nice patio area on the back. We had to request sheets for the sofa bed as they were not provided but they brought them promptly. The only negative thing I can say for those looking at the condo is it is not insulated very well, therefore, it is extremely noisy. We heard a washing machine running (I could tell which cycle it was on), someone vacuuming, dining room chairs moving around constantly, a baby crying at 4am and a conversation between a little girl and her dad also very early in the morning (beside us not above). If you are a light sleeper, I would not recommend this unit without earplugs. I realize this is not unit owners fault, I just felt the need to leave an honest review.

We enjoyed the free tickets and movie rentals that came with booking here. We will definitely stay here again. Only issue we had the entire week was the smoke alarm kept going off in the master bedroom during the night so we called the front desk but maintenance never came to fix it.

Perfect property!

This condo was perfect for a getaway! It was a wonderful location and clean! The only thing I could possibly say is our unit could have used some modern updating with the decor! Other than that it was PERFECT! Checkout was a little messy as the front desk girl got an attitude when I said we had only been given one key to the condo and she told me I would have to pay for the lost key ($25) I never got! I am not a child and I feel like if I was given two separate keys to the property I would have kept up with those items! However, the stay was awesome!! We would definitely stay here again!

Sweet view of the mountains and a little cabin! The master bedroom has a bed that is up on blocks. ( high bed) The bathroom has a powerful shower nozzle that goes into a huge jetted bathtub! Nice kitchen and dining room table and family room. Spacious- all around! The only thing I would change is to add plllow top to mattress of the bed. The pool was nice as well as lazy river! Not crowded! Thank you for a great stay!

The beds were company. The patio furniture was perfect to eat out there or read a book. Could use updated and more kitchen equipment. More knives and serving utensils. A Keurig would be a nice addition. The pool and lazy river need their floors redone. We had many kids with bloody toes from the bottoms.

We enjoy Whispering Pines, just sort of out of the way. We like in town, being able to walk everywhere. Whispering Pines is little further out but still a great place to stay.
