Welcome to our Castle by the Sea! This 3 story home has 4 bedrooms and a loft area with plenty of room to sleep 22 people and 3 full bathrooms. Plenty of room for all your friends & family. Each floor has its own private balcony with mesmerizing views of the ocean, the sunset will leave you breathless. The beach is just steps away from your front door. Literally a 38 second walk down a private pathway straight to the beach. Spend your days in the sun & your nights unwinding in our Sea Castle.

An outdoor grill is available for use- Just in case the propane tank is empty & not filled up by previous guests, please feel free to get it filled up or grab a new one and we will reimburse you for it if you send us the receipt! You may get lucky, and the guests before you may have filled it up- If not, we will reimburse you for the re-fill.

This spacious home is perfect for multiple families / guests. The home is equipped with Wi-Fi and TV's in each bedroom. Sleeping Arrangements-
1st floor: BR 1 has 2 full size bunk beds & BR 2 has a king bed
Main floor has a queen size sleeper sofa
3rd floor: BR 1 has a king bed,BR 2 has 2 queen beds & there is a loft area w/ a full size bunk bed
Pool table on the lower level.
Garage available for parking!

Keyless entry, will be given a personal code for keypad.

Located in a small community w/ private beach access that's close to all PCB has to offer - restaurants, shopping & more!
Walking distance to a couple breakfast places including Gypsea Crepes and Waffle House. Make sure to check out one of our favorites- Finn's Island Style Grub, a 3 minute walk from the property. **PET POLICY**
Do you find it near impossible to leave your dog(s) behind while you go on vacation? If your answer is yes, then we can 100% relate to that! We love our dogs and appreciate any opportunity to create memories that involve them as well. So grab your furry, four-legged friend(s) because this home is PET FRIENDLY!

-$250 NON REFUNDABLE fee per dog to be paid in advance
- Dogs that are less than a year old are not allowed. Absolutely no puppies.
- Maximum of 2 DOGS are allowed on property. No cats or other animals are permitted.
- Size limit for the dogs is 75 lbs each.
- Guests are expected to ensure that their animals are supervised, do not damage the premises, are completely house trained and do not urinate or defecate inside the house.
- Dogs are not to be outside without a guest present.
- Dogs must be crated when guests leave the home.
- Guests must pick up/clean all dog waste.
- Dogs are not permitted on the furniture or beds.
Guests who do not abide by these provisions may be asked to remove their animal.
