Our 7th generation family farm is at the beginning of scenic KY Hwy. 15. Relax on the farm between sightseeing.

Comfortable & Pleasant

Our stay was wonderful!! Perfect host, comfy beds and space to relax after a college visit and a day of shopping!!!! The house was super clean and exactly as described! Host was kind enough to leave treats for us and offered anything we needed when an unexpected snow storm hit!!!! Will definitely stay again!!

Holiday family gathering

This house and the hosts are cut from a different cloth than most. Absolutely everything was thought out and perfectly done. So cozy, warm, clean and welcoming! Big well appointed kitchen was a dream to prepare meals in for our group. So many areas to spreadout in and enjoy time together. The whole place was lovingly, still decorated for Christmas with lights and even a tree! There was always a quick response to the few questions we had from Amanda. The icing on the cake was the personal farm tour for our littles and them getting to see the new baby calf.."Rory"! Thank you again! We will be back! We highly recommend this home for any group or gathering! You will not be disappointed.

Charming farmhouse

We had a group of 8 and had plenty of room. Everything was clean and everything needed was provided there. The basement was the perfect hangout. We had a great time!

My Husband, Bill is a 7th generation farmer. I taught elementary school for 8 years. We love farming and desire to share our life here on the farm. We enjoy meeting people. We look forward to hosting you in our guest home.

Why they chose this property

This farm property has been in Bill’s family since the late 1700’s . The farm was established in 1803. It is also located at the heart of some of Kentucky’s most beautiful attractions. Centrally located. There are several things to do and see in this area. We are located near so many wonderful attractions.
Enjoy the serenity of the farm life, the action of Lexington (20min) or the breathtaking beauty of the Mountains of Appalachia(35min) in the Red River Gorge.

There are family heirlooms, farm history, family games, 3 tv’s, Pool table, foosball.
** Farm tours available request (farm donation of your choosing.) Ride around the farm to meet several animals. Dogs are not heard overnight in the guest house. We also keep them on a leash & schedule for guests to be able to come and go freely.
The home is yours privately. We are located in different home on property to tend the farm and accommodate guests.
We do our best to give the privacy of a getaway.
