Well-equipped vacation apartment on former farm on the edge of the village Paesens and only 50 m from the Wadden Sea. The apartment is modernly furnished and offers all the comfort you could wish for. In the bedroom with the loft bed is also a TV with DVD available (without cable TV). The region offers many excursion possibilities, for example a visit to Dokkum 12 km, the Wadden Islands Ameland and Schiermonnikoog, Oostmahorn and Lauwersoog. If you are traveling with a large group, you can also rent the neighboring houses HFR083 and HFR084.

Schöne Umgebung

Es ist wirklich sehr schön und beschaulich. Es war auch alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt trotzdem nicht genossen , da das Schlafzimmer mit den Einzelbetten leider kein Fenster hat. Ich finde, eine solche Besonderheit gehört in die Beschreibung. Außerdem ist der in der Beschreibung genannte zweite Fernseher nicht vorhanden. Das Haus ist sehr hundefreundlich, leider haben wir in der Umgebung keine Stelle gefunden, an denen man seine Hunde mal ohne Leine laufen lassen kann.

ein sehr schönes Fleckchen Erde

Mein Aufenthalt war sehr eholsam. Die Eigentümer waren sehr freundlich und baten immer ihre Hilfe an. Das Örtchen Paesen liegt traumhaft am Damm zum Wattenmeer. Wer sich hier nicht erholt weiß die Natur nicht zu schätzen. Es liegt alles in der Nähe, Meer, Läden, Sehenswürdigkeiten und und und, trotzdem war es in der Nebensaison entspannt ruhig.

Gemütlichkeit in Moddergat

Die Wohnung ist grossräuming und gemütlich eingerichtet. Auch einen mehrtätigen Regen und Sturm kann man gut bei leckerem Tee aus dem "Museum" geniessen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die angenehme Fussbodenheizung, auch im Badezimmer. Das fehlende Fenster im Schlafzimmer hat uns keineswegs gestört. Die Lüftung ist gut, und wenn ich schlafe, mache ich die Augen zu. Diesen Anbieter können wir, rundum glücklich, bestens empfehlen. (Nur ein Verbesserungsvorschlag: Het zou mooi zijn, als er meer mogelijgheden zou zijn om kleding te hangen, vooral als het regent.

Unser gesamter Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Ferienwohnung in der umgebauten Scheune war sehr gemütlich und entsprach vollkommen unseren Erwartungen. Mit der Vermietung und Abrechnung hat alles geklappt.

Sauber und freundlich

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der netten Ferienwohnung. Der Vermieter war freundlich und sofort zu Stelle, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Ein Schlafzimmer hat kein Fenster, aber die Wohnung hat insgesamt eine sehr gute Lüftungsanlage.
