Cosy and charming 48 mÂČ apartment for 2 to 4 travelers, on the 3rd attic floor of a beautiful building. You'll enjoy a large, bright bedroom-living room (huge Velux windows with rooftop views), a small, well-equipped kitchen with dining area, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Bed linen and towels included. We're waiting for you!
Opposite Parc Saint Pierre, 300 m from Calais-Ville train station and the Calais Belfry. Beach and restaurants less than 5 minutes away. You'll be seduced by its comfort and facilities. Ideal starting point for a fitness, seaside or gastronomic break. Free street parking.
The accommodation comprises
- A 25mÂČ living room with comfortable armchairs and a large double sofa bed (160x200), a large TV, Wifi and a dining area that can accommodate 3 to 4 people.
- A separate, well-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob with hood, coffee machine, espresso machine, fridge with freezer space.
- Double bed (140Ă200)
- Dedicated workspace (2-seater workspace with screen and keyboard)
- Bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC and washing machine.
Area description:
Located opposite the entrance to the magnificent Parc Saint-Pierre, a 3-minute walk from the train station, bakery, Alhambra cinema, town hall, tourist office, bicycle station, shops and restaurants. Very quiet, central neighborhood with plenty of residential parking. You'll find many shops in the neighborhood (bakery, supermarket, restaurants, bar-tabac, banks, pharmacy...) Located close to the city's activities and in front of the Parc Saint-Pierre, you'll appreciate the central location of the apartment. You'll be just a few minutes from the magnificent Calais beach and all its activities (Le Dragon, seaside activities, Skate Park...).
Just 4 minutes from the Place d'Armes and 8 minutes from the beach by bike. La marina beach is 2 km away.
Transportation :
- If you choose to come by car, parking is free in front of the building, along the park. Electric recharging station less than 1 minute away in the HĂŽtel de Ville parking lot.
- The train station is 300 meters away.
- Bus (station in front of the station). For your information, the bus is free in Calais!
- Self-service bike hire (1st hour free) 300 meters away (allowing you to reach the beach, the center or the coast in just a few minutes).
