Located 5 km from the village, this secluded house—set in lush greenery with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms—offers all the peace and comfort you need for the perfect holiday with family or friends.
Situated at an elevation of 600 metres, you’ll escape the summer heat.
The south-facing house is divided into two sections connected by a large 49 m² living room that opens onto the garden and offers breathtaking views.

In the first wing, the entryway leads to a dining room and a functional kitchen with new appliances.
Upstairs, you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed and a shower room, as well as a second bathroom with a toilet.
Above that is a children’s bedroom with three single beds.

The second part of the house features, on the ground floor, a study with a single bed and a sofa, opening onto the terrace and the pool.
A bedroom with two single beds completes this level.

Upstairs, accessible via a wooden staircase, two bedrooms with double beds are available, along with a bathroom and a separate toilet.

All bedrooms are bright and equipped with storage space.

Outdoors:
The unheated pool (10m x 5m), garden furniture, lounge chairs in the shade of the almond trees, a pergola, and an arbor are all there to let you take in the exceptional panoramic view of the Luberon Mountains, the village of Viens, the Oppedette Gorges, and the surrounding hills.

The property opens fully onto the countryside, the hills, and shaded hiking trails; there are endless spots to find solitude and escape.

Finally, a large enclosed barn, a cellar, and other non-residential spaces complete this harmonious ensemble, typical of the region.

The access road to the Daumas house is unpaved for the last 500 metres and requires careful driving for vehicles with low ground clearance.

The location is ideal for exploring the villages of Viens, Oppedette, Simiane-la-Rotonde, Céreste, Saint-Martin-de-Castillon, and Rustrel with its “Provençal Colorado.”

* Cleaning is included in the rate at the time of booking. Additional cleanings are available for an extra charge; please request them upon arrival.
* Linens are included in the rate at the time of booking.

* Pool operating season: May 1 through September 30; the pool may be opened in May upon request only, provided the request is made at least 15 days prior to arrival.
* Home heating from November 1 through March 15: an additional fee applies, billed based on electricity metre readings or a flat rate to be paid upon arrival.

To finalise the rental, we require:
- to sign a personalised rental agreement along with a copy of your identification documents. The signatory of the rental agreement must be at least 28 years old.
- to provide proof of “holiday” or “holiday” insurance in the signatory’s name.
