After enjoying the beaches of Cannes (15 mins) and Mandelieu (10 mins) during the day or returning from walks in the Esterel massif, come and relax in this magnificent property, unique in its location and its services.

The property is located at the top of a prestigious and guarded private residential park of 550 ha of pines and cork oaks, very popular in the hinterland of Cannes. Very little densified, this park nestled in the heart of the protected reserve of the Esterel offers peace and privacy just minutes from the beaches of the Côte d'Azur. It has a free tennis court, and allows direct access to the hiking trails of the Esterel massif, including Mont Vinaigre and its exceptional 360° view.

The panorama is exceptional.
From the swimming pool and its wooden terrace of 150m2, you will enjoy a majestic view of the sea (Bay of Cannes and Mandelieu la Napoule, the Lérins islands).
The Esterel massif is omnipresent from the bowling alley, and on a clear day the peaks of the Southern Alps are available to you from the tree-lined garden, dotted with fragrant Mediterranean plants welcoming the traditional locusts

Inside, you will benefit from all the comforts in a modern and refined decor: air conditioning in all rooms, new appliances including a large barbecue, large screen TV, high-speed internet, cozy bedrooms, spacious bathrooms, and even an external socket for an electric vehicle.

Wunderschöne Ferien

Der Aufenthalt war von Anfang bis zum Ende einfach grandios; sehr schöne Villa, perfekter Ausblick aufs Meer. Sehr gut ausgestattete Villa zum Verweilen und sehr nette Gastgeber. Hat alles gepasst.
